It is also easy to use and set up. Another notable feature is its ability to return to the spot where it was when we tested it. It did this for 77 minutes on one cleaning, before running out of battery.
The i3+ EVO unlike the other robot vacuums that we tested comes with a self-emptying bin that automatically dumps debris in an external dirt compartment on the base of its charging once it's full. This makes it easier to maintain the unit and also helps prevent the i3+ EVO from overfilling, but it still requires manually cleaned after each cleaning session. The i3+ EVO's built-in dustbin holds 2.4L of trash, which is enough to last several cleaning sessions before you have to replace it.
Like the i7model, this model is equipped with state-of-the-art floor tracking sensors to create maps and navigate neat rows. However the i3+ EVO only stores one map, whereas the i7 is able to store multiple maps. The i7 also has the ability to use its map to create no-go zones and virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO cannot.
